July 2018 Goals!

7:30:00 AM

1. Lose 6 lbs.

2. Read TWO books (setting the bar low).

3. No alcohol.

4. No buying any junk food.

5. Having 1 relaxing hour a day.

6. Eat more fruits and veggies and home-made meals.

7. NO eating out!

8. Take SUPER good care of myself - invest more time in night/morning routines.

9. Don't miss a day of daily habits and my routine.

10. Workout 18/31 days.

11. Do one social activity (at least).
