Fitness Journey #2

hi hi hi lovers + friends! This will be my s e c o n d fitness update and honestly... feels like I have been "fitness-ing" a lot longer than two months... still trying to figure out if that's a good thing or a bad thing ;-)



+ my goal for the month of may has been to go to the gym e v e r y single day! and so far... so good! obviously this doesn't mean i've been going hard in the paint every day but i go and stay for AT LEAST 30 minutes! but at least 5/7 days out of the week I end up staying for my full hour :)

+ i've been going a little wacky tacky and working out 2x a day! Basically when i go to the gym i move through different cardio machines for 30min-1hr and then go home BUT i've still been wanting to exercise targeted areas and strength train as well even though i was initially too shy to use the different machines! so i'd do my 30m-1hr and then do a mini targeted workout at home!

+ HOWEVER i've been taking advantage of the slower times at the gym to get familiar with the different machines and building up the confidence to use them even during the busier times!

+ s t i l l working on the healthy eating part..................
