September 2018 Goals!

7:30:00 AM

+ really, really, really DO NOT spend (super struggling with this one!)

+ eat cleaner (swap out unhealthy snacks for healthier ones).

+ NO EATING OUT (I'm getting better with this one! Woot, woot.)

+ continue spending (4) hours a week on my content/brand.

+ practice mindfulness for 3-5+ minutes a day.

+ practice mindfulness for 10-15+ minutes 3x this month.

+ lose 5 lbs!

+ Declutter, declutter, declutter!

+ do something outdoorsy/adventure-y.

+ watch less TV/youtube (1 hour a day!)

+ try to catch myself when I think negatively/begin to pass judgment on someone.

+ post on instagram 3-4 times a week!

+ love, love, love who I am and where I am in life.
