June 2019 Goals

7:00:00 AM

+ workout 20/30 days.

+ no spend 20/30 days.

+ wake up at 445 am all month.

+ no meat monday thru friday!

+ no eating past 7pm!

+ keep up with my finances and continue to track them!

+ don't let small tasks pile up!

+ get serious about PA school and/or optometry school requirements!

+ believe in myself more often! aka stop doubting what I am capable of.

+ weight train 15/20 workout days!
