1. Self care goes further and deeper than a face mask!
2. Learning to invest in yourself is important. Mind, body, soul. All of it.
3. A good pedi makes you feel like a different person... in the best way.
4. The boys who have broken your heart will/do come back. And sometimes you don't even want em anymore.
5. ^ Very rarely they don't come back.
6. Dating is HARD as HECK.
7. Dating probably tells you more about yourself than the other person.
8. AKA I can like hanging with one person bc they are fun and energetic, and also like hanging out with another person bc they are relaxed and chill.
9. Key to dating is finding someone with all your favorite qualities.
10. Having several interests is important.
11. Putting money into your 401k is IMPORTANT.
12. Learn to save more and live with less - it's good for your mind.
13. Getting/feeling "old" is not a real thing.
14. You're never "too old" to have fun and be silly, ever.
15. Eat more veggies (timeless lesson).
16. BE MORE CAREFUL ABOUT YOUR HEALTH/BODY!
17. Diabetes is a real thing, heart disease is a real thing, GERMS are real things. You want to be as mindful as you can be.
18. You don't have to prove anything to anybody.
19. ^ except yourself! Prove the positive voice in your head/heart RIGHT, and the negative one wrong.
20. FITNESS IS IMPORTANT. Walk for 30 minutes a day at bare MINIMUM.
21. Be kind (also a timeless lesson)
22. Go out of your way to make others feel special and needed and loved.
23. ^ it will help you feel special and needed and loved in return.

Okay, so this month has been… rough.
I know that there is a regression period for literally everything BUT I didn’t expect it so early on and I didn’t expect it to last as long as it has!
SO, so far I have only missed FOUR gym days! Which isn’t what I’m so hung up on…
I think working out 26/30 days in the month is great, but I also feel like those 26 days of working out weren’t quality workouts so my body/mind/heart feels like I may as well have not gone to the gym at all this month…
Which I also know is w r o n g but I can’t help it!
I think I worked up so much momentum and so much motivation last month that I mentally burnt out this month and cannot work up that same motivation to really P U S H myself at the gym!
BUT, I'm glad that I have physically pushed myself to at least show up 26/30 days!
And I know it's an ongoing journey and it will have its up and downs and plateaus so I'm still happy that I WANT it to be an big(ger) part of my life!
So....... stay tuned for next month - we're doing a 180 ;)
