August 2018 Goals!

7:30:00 AM

+ spend (4) hours a week branding my creativity and working on my brand.

+ take cain on 3 long walks a week (for the both of us).

+ meditate (3) times a week to control my anxiety.

+ invest in FREE movie nights (so i can spend more on the snacks!)

+ put myself out there.

+ really and truly go to church and stay for the entirety of it at least 2x out of the month.

+ post on instagram 3-4 times a week!

+ make (1) new friend.

+ eat clean: REALLY push myself not to spend money.

+ make a big change in my life (appearance and/or lifestyle).

+ look up ways to control my germaphobia (seriously, its becoming an issue).

+ invest in my language learning!
